COUNTRY MANOR MOBILE HOME PARK is an all age park located on the southeast side of the Eugene/ Springfield area in Oregon. Springfield maintains a great small town feel, even though the population has grown to 51,700 people. The town is big enough to serve your needs, and you can still be at a great fishing hole in under 15 minutes. In about an hour you can be camping in the woods or walking on an ocean beach. Eugene is a flourishing business and cultural center with several venues for performing arts and the University of Oregon campus.The temperatures are moderate and the scenery is green year round. COUNTRY MANOR MHP is a well established park with large trees, mature shrubbery and lots of grass. We have 133 spaces on well lit paved streets, a laundry facility, RV storage lot and an office that is open five days a week. Water, sewer and yard debris pick up are provided by the management. |
ENTERTAINMENT AND RECREATION |
Situated close to the Cascade Mountains, all forms of out door recreation are available within an hours drive. In the summer there is fishing, hiking, camping, horse back riding, four wheeling, boating, beach combing, surfing, picnicing, wind-surfing, mountain-climbing and golf. The same travels in the winter time can take you to snowskiing, whale watching, inner-tubing, ice skating, snowmobiling, and cross country skiing. The University of Oregon and Oregon State University (a few miles to the north in Corvallis) offer many entertainment and sporting events. The Hult Center for the Performing Arts brings national and international entertainers to the area on a regular basis. COUNTRY MANOR'S convienient location is great for those who love to go shopping at the "big box" stores like Wal-Mart, Target, Sears, JC Penney Co, Bi-Mart, Fred Meyer, Costco and ShopCo. All are just a few minutes away. Two nationaly famous malls, Valley River Center and The Gateway Mall are less than twenty minutes away. The area has a large number of antique shops, second hand stores and thrift shops. Downtown Eugene (20 minutes away) there is a wonderful assortment of specialty shops, coffee houses and bistros. Two hospitals and many doctors clinics service the residents medical needs. Mckenzie-Willamette Medical Center is less than a ten minute drive from Country Manor MHP. |
